How Does an HVAC Rent-to-Own Program Work?

If your AC or furnace fails and needs to be replaced, our HVAC rent-to-own program will come to the rescue when you are unable to obtain conventional financing or can’t afford to buy a new unit outright. We can help you find an affordable HVAC unit without sacrificing quality. Rent-to-Own program is offered in partnership with VISTA Finance, which allows us to install your new HVAC system and provide you with a 10 year warranty and annual maintenance plan – all at an affordable monthly rate. At the end of the rental agreement, you own your system. Your can also buyout the plan without any penalty.
